           Access  handle  returned  by   csx_RequestIRQ(9F)   or
           csx_RequestIO(9F).

     offset
           New access handle offset.

DESCRIPTION

     This function sets the current offset for the access handle,
     handle, to offset.

RETURN VALUES

     CS_SUCCESS
           Successful operation.
